The only vigilany work hes does since he took revenge on the hit man who killed his family making him an orphen, is charity for low in-come families with debts to the mob. He does sympathsize with Dart's belief that all violent groups need to be disbanded at any cost. Most of the time he's a theif. He developed his electric skills now he can focus and use only partial quantities of his power. In hand to hand combat his powers can be as deadly as a gun. He usually prefrers to stunn his enemies over killing them.
