The sahding is nice, as well as the
facial features.
However, the hair is a little off center, causing the overall head to look distorted. A way of rectifying
this is by first drawing the entire head, including the scalp area. You can do this by first drawing an egg-shape with the sharper end pointing downwards. It will give you a base for the hair positioning.
Another thing to note is the eye
alignment. The eyes are the windows to a soul and this can be
said for a portrait as well. An uneven aligning of the eyes can spoil an entire portrait as the eyes are one of the first things the viewer catches when he sees a
portrait. Therefore, you may want to draw a t-shape line across the
face before you actually start drawing the features.
