My first contest entry! I present to you Kinomoto Sakura~ The base of the picture is just a pencil sketch in CLAMP style, then CGed in Photoshop (I've had PS for about two years, but have only CGed a few pics). I took some artistic liberties with her rod, and opted for shimmery sparklies instead of CLAMP 'spots.' I regret the loss of detail with JPEG compression, and kept the file size as large as is allowable on the website to compensate a bit (it now weighs in at 299k o.O'''). Enough of my rambling ^_^ I hope everyone enjoys my entry, and thanks for looking!
