I seriously have no idea about whats going on with those two, or the story as the matter of fact, since I don't own a copy of FE9.
This is another one of those sudden inspiration.
Anywhooo... I spend plenty of work on this one, darkening those lines with my BIC HB mechanical pencil of d00m! XDD
Heres another scan version, with cleaner lines if you don't fancy the sketchiness
