Chapter 1 - Please understand me,

I’m waiting anxiously
Till the moment you discover me
Please find out who I am
Please try your hardest to understand
Analyse the situation of this woman
Analyse what on earth is going on
In my head, it hurts so much
Painful memories, dark thoughts
I can’t see through them anymore
They’re blocking my emergencydoor
I’m trapped inside this burning body
Can you be the fireman who saves me
Be the guidestick for the one who can’t see
Be the protection preventing me from going insane
Could you be all that and still stay the same
Could you be all that and not be afraid of the pain?
If I seek protection under your wings
Won’t you fly away when tough times begin?
Give me certainty which I need the most
Assure me you won’t tell on as my secrets start to show
I trust you to not betray my state of mind
that even when you can’t handle it anymore you won’t leave me behind
I’m sorry if I drag you into this, I didn’t mean to
I’m sorry that I chain myself to you
But I can’t let you go, now that I felt your warmth
I can’t let you go, you gotta stay with me as you sworn
Please find out who I am,
Please try your hardest to be my friend.
