ya...that's one way, but we roleplay using story fomat, so when it's one, it reads as a story. this might be one way, like a script, kinda but I've always RPd with a story format, where it's like you're telling it:
Ashrith stalked across the florr, her cape opening slightly to show the red lining that so many had spoken of- died with the blood of thousands, it was. Behind her, three creatures followed. Not dogs or cats, but something of both, they were both nightmare creautes, and the fufillment of a dream. Elegance and grace was in every line of their body, beauty and horor, black and white all came together to mesh into a beast only a nightmare could create...but yet, they were beautiful. (that's an excepert from one of my RPs, Ash's my charri, the dogs are something I made up one day. totally cool. cat eyes and tufted ears, and cat tail, but dog bodies. :happy: MINE. Hands off if you want to keep them- I bite! lol)

This is, to be blunt, stupid. Who the hell uses * in their RPs. God. You didn't even effin mention the use of OOC.

Wth. You don't ALWAYS use BOLD, there's something called ITALICS, you know.

*is annoyed* I hate people who act like they know EVERYTHING about RPing.

I know that maybe this was a thing that was telling people how YOU write, but it SOUNDS like you're trying to tell people HOW to write. And if so, not cool. Just NOT cool.

You totally have too much time on your hands... do you really need more people to be on their computers so they can RP up to your standards. I'm sorry it's just is making a tutorial and how to ROLE Play that necessary? ROLE PLAY

me and my friends dont rp like that at all ._.

I must say that the RP format my friends and I use is quite different apart from some minor things like * New place or time*

Not all RP format's are like that. People have different styles, and some are story format-like...so you can't really say ALWAYS (in bold, of corse, not Caps)

RP formats that some places follow aren't like this, but I supposte it would be helpful whereever it was like that. o.o;
