Chapter 5 - The Results of Sakura's Fury

Once again, Sasuke woke up in a bed that was not his own.

Once again, he thought, Where am I?

Once again, he sat up, rubbing his aching head.

But, unlike the first time, something was different. Now, when he tried thinking back, he remembered. Unfortunately.

"Baka,"he said, unwrapping the bandages around his head and left eye, "Damn you Naruto. I'm gonna kill you."

He gingerly touched the bumps and bruises covering his head with the tips of his fingertips. He tried not to wince as he felt the damage, and cursed Naruto more than ever. He looked up, annoyed, as the door swung open. He was expecting to see the nurse. Still, his face showed no surprise when Sakura walked in.

She was holding a white flower in her laced fingers and her concerned eyes became wide as she saw Sasuke sitting up.

"You're awake Sasuke-kun?"

Sasuke glared at her.

"What's wrong? Are you feeling ok?"

When he didn't answer, she walked over to his bedside and placed the flower in an empty vase.

"I got this for you last time, but I forgot to put it in your room."

Silence.

Sakura looked at the floor uncomfortably. Suddenly, she looked up, baffled with the Uchiha’s behavior.

"What's wrong?!"

"Hn."

"Did Naruto do something?"

"Yeah, but I'm not bothering with that idiot right now."

"Then what is it?"

"More than friends?"

Sakura's eyes grew wider than ever as she blushed. "What do you mean?"

"Memory's back."

Her eyes opened even wider. “It…is?”

“Yeah.”

“Oh…well…um…sorry…about that…”

"Hn.....Where's Naruto? I'm not exactly happy with him either."

"About that..."said Sakura, rubbing the back of her head.

"What?"

"Well....He's two doors down."

"What?"

"Well, when I saw you uncosious on the floor like that, I kinda got a little angry and..."

"And what?"

"I hit him over the head with a bowl of ramen."

Sasuke smirked. "Good."

Sakura looked relieved to see that he wasn't angry.

"The only thing is...."she started, trailing off.

"What now?"

"Well, I hit him kinda hard and....well, now he might have amnesia."

"You’re kidding?"

"No..."

Sasuke sighed.

The door opened again. The nurse entered, carrying a brown-papered package.

She tossed it on the bed. "This came for you,"she said grumpily.

"Something wrong?"Sasuke asked, smirking at her fowl mood.

"No, of course not,"she said with a fake smile.

Then she muttered under her breath, "I'm so sick of you little bastards. You all make my job so frigin difficult."

Sasuke pulled the note off of the brown package, rolling his eyes at the nurse. It read:

DEAR SASUKE-KUN,

I FELT SO BAD ABOUT WHAT HAPPENED THAT I DECIDED TO RETURN THIS.

XOXOXOXOXOXO LUV U ALWAYS XOXOXOXOXOXO

Sasuke curiously opened the brown wrapping and twitched at the sight. An old, half-eaten riceball was staring back at him.

Sakura twitched as well.

"What the hell is that?!"asked the nurse, forgetting to use her fake voice.

When no one answered she sighed, frustrated.

"Your little friend seems to have waken up. Really, I don't understand how you little bastards are so accident-prone. It's as if you're trying to make my job as hard as possible. Two cases of amnesia in one frigin week!!!Of course it wouldn't have been, if that little dog over there hadn't of lost her temper and smashed the idiot over the head."She pointed at Sakura, fuming mad.

The two pre-teens stared at her in disbelief.

"Sasuke, you'll be discharged in a few days. Sakura, out. Now."

"But,"said Sakura,"Visiting hours aren't over yet."

"Why the hell do I care?! I said out, you little dog!!!I'm not kidding!!!!NOW!!!"

With that she turned in a huff towards the door.

Sasuke had enough. He brought back his left arm, with the hand holding his "gift" and aimed.

The nurse cringed as a half-eaten riceball made contact with the back of her blond head.

Sakura giggled and Sasuke smirked. The nurse tried her best to stay calm. After all, he was a patient.

Sasuke swung his legs out from under the covers, and stood up.

"And where the hell do you think you're going?!?!?!?!"

He walked past her without a word. Sakura trotted after him, still giggling.
(Inner Sakura: CHA!!!DIRECT HIT!!!SASUKE-KUN GOT THAT dog GOOD!!!)

Sasuke stopped two doors down and opened the door. He and Sakura walked into the room.

Blank, blue eyes stared back at them.

Yay!!! The end!!!!

But, if i get enough reviews, I'm gonna write a sequel called Naruto Gets Amnesia!!!!!
