I want to make a difference

Live up to my true name

But pure I'm not

I'm just forgot

I'll never be the same



Why am I going through this?

A pawn in time's great plan?

I think of this

What have I missed?

I just don't understand



These are my real feelings

But no one hears or cares

If I faked a smile

Would you stay awhile?

And get lost in my stare?



Won't someone light the way for me?

Answer my desperate cries?

I'm blinded by

Your deep blue eyes

Would you leave me there do die?



Why must I always disappear?

I'm through with this charade

My blood I spill

You're poised to kill
