Thanks a lot for your constructive comments on my shaman king piccy. I mean, everyone loves to hear *Uwaaaaah! that is is sooo kawaii!!!* but it doesn't help you improve much, does it? XD lol

WOAH!!!!! I really got sidetracked! O_O NEwayz, I learned how 2 draw YGO faces simply by watching the show. ^^'
I used references when I first started drawing them. So basically, experience is needed 2 do this sort of thing. I've been drawing YGO for almost five years. 2 help ya, I suggest practicing using references, and watching closely how the facial expressions 'n' junk R like. ^^'
In case U haven't noticed, the YGO show has different styles of character art each episode, and the styles cycle over and over again. ^-^ Just pick one, and stick with it. O_~

btw, about the feyd to yorae pic...

the stuff i used where ink pens, a marker and watercolor pencils.

im too untalented to use markers effectively.

wolf anthro otaku doesnt seem to have problems with it though.
