And about the videogames, I'm sorry he beat you on it! And he's not even letting you play HIS? Wow, he sounds like an @$$! I know a few things you could do about that, but unfortunately, all of them include you eventually having to run away to Mexico to avoid the law!
Why is he being such a jerk? Have u tried asking him, then resolving the problem? Try acting..."new". You see wat I'm saying? If not, then just listen here:

A while ago, I had a problem with my cousin Darrien. He was being really jerkish, and tried to spite me at every chance! This continued on for about a month or so, so eventually, I just started "ACTING" like a different person,
a person Darrien could agree with. NOW< we're freinds again, AND I've started acting like my original self again!
Basically, try adjusting your personality to meet his annoyances of you. At least until he drops his guard...then you can continue being the awesome girl you really are!^///^

I know this is pretty vague, but it worked for me! I hope it works!
