Hey everyone, as I mentioned earlier, I've been going through some personal things. I'm back, sort of, although I am still extremely busy.
Anyway, I've been working at a different job since I last posted. It's much better, less stressful. My husband and I have moved into our own house, and I am enjoying my garden, BBQing and entertaining...
I'm thinking I may once again become a little more active in the winter with submissions, or at least checking out everyone's galleries to see how they've evolved since I left!

*blush* Thank you... Well, to be honest, I am working on more drawings... I have 2 on the go right now... One is another Star Wars poster, one is for the B&W pencil Dragon Contest... And Spleetoog wanted me to do a request for him.... But hasn't told me what he wants yet! LOL It took me weeks to do that one of Citrus because it was so large & I only have weekends to work on them... Ummm... I looked through most of your gallery and didn't see anything amiss... Was it a specific picture? *scratches head* I know Manga and similar drawings are supposed to have larger heads than a realistic drawing... So, are you sure they were talking about your art?? Well, I didn't spy anything about large heads or hands... However, if you like you can do a drawing of Michaelangelo's David statue. He made David's hands HUGE! But that was because of all the detail. Sometimes an artist makes something bigger because he pays special attention to it, or because he feels it's more important than the rest of the art... Yours doesn't seem to have any issues, so I am not sure why this person stated such a thing... Perhaps you could ask him if he's just trying to yank your chain because he knows you'll be bothered by it... Or perhaps he's thinking from the perspective that you are drawing realistically, when you are drawing in a different style. I wouldn't let it get to you...Featured

You are really good at drawing detail, especially that one picture of the girl, Waking Dreams I believe, it looks completely REAL!!! How did you ever manage to get it to look so perfect? Anyways, your art is truely amazing, please draw more, we're all waiting!!! ^-^
