I created a new Naruto OC! You've seen the recent episodes in the dub, right? With the Fuma clan? Well, I was watching it one day, and after seeing first Sasame and then Kagero actually turn out to be girls, I thought, "Dude, the Fuma clan is a bunch of crossdressers!" And then I went, "Well, is there a guy who looks like a girl?" And that's how Kisaru Fuma was created. :D Full bio coming soon.
