Yes I do. Quoted from the person who pulled the feature

"I'm not going to question who featured it or why, but for now I am taking it off the mainpage. My reasoning is as follows -- it's nothing major, just a combination of a number of minor things:

- Color quality doesn't look all that great at fullsize. I do notice trivial scanner washout, but what really caught my attention is there's not very much beyond basic hatching with only one or two colors at a time. And it's not even solid shading, the coloring has a very sketchy quality

- Lack of mature behavior by the person who submitted it. I'm talking about the double-exclamation marks in its title and the Description they wrote to accompany it. Do we want behavior like that featured on the mainpage? "

To be honest with you I was the one who featured it, my primary reasoning behind it was to incorperate more mainstreem anime fanart into the features. Though it could be better, It was amung the better of the Naruto stuff coming in at the time. I knew it was boarderline when I featured it and I knew it may get revoked but authority in this matter is spread out amung several people so.
