If I were you I would join the forum and ask around. I know they sometimes have contests for pokemon to be put in the game. But I bet if you showed them your amazing designs they may receive so much attention that the creator puts some of them in the game. If I were you I would try and sprite a few and show them your spriting skillz as well ;P. That way you will have more of a chance of him putting them in the game. or maybe you will find a spriter there. Who knows?

Well there is another game maker out there who is making a fanmade pokemon game with OC pokemon as well! And I hear he sometimes accepts other people's pokemon too.
