Right, here goes.
First thing you need to do is work on body proportions. It's a bugger of a thing to learn and it took me a while to get there. (I'm still far from perfect, so don't worry about it.) The best way to get that figured, as I've told a few artists before you, is to get a clothing catalogue and copy the models. Then, leave the picture for a couple of hours, and then you can spot what you've done wrong. Write it down, then re-draw it. If you can't spot what's wrong with it, but you know something's off, turn it over and shine a light through the paper. You'll be able to see what looks wrong then. A lightbox is a handy tool for this because you can draw on the back of the picure and put the things that look wrong, right and they're easy enough to build. (Just get a wooden box, a sheet of perspex that's big enough to cover the top of it, and put a light in the box = One light box).
Next thing is your heads are a little flat. Draw the top of the head alot rounder than what you normally would, even if it feels wrong, you'll eventually find the right angle. If you go to google and type in 'How to draw manga' click on the first link. It will take you to the 'manga' university, and if you click on their tutorials, there's a great one for drawing heads there.
Hands are the final thing. They catch every single artist out, so if an artist says 'I always get hands perfect', they're lying. So hit them round the head. It takes a lot of practice, and I still struggle with drawing them. But, I did go through every Fruits Basket manga I've got and drew every single hand I could find. That's a good way to learn. Drawing your own hands isn't always easy because there are only so many angles you can do (even if you're double jointed, like me :) )
That's about it. I believe that taking criticism is a part of being an artist, and if you take it well, then you'll soon enough be one of the best ^^ Keep at it and never forget that you draw because you enjoy it, because you love it. Not because you have to or feel you have something to prove.
That's why artists who don't do requests because they're lazy, or they think they're too good really piss me off because NO ONE is good enough to blindly say no to people who love their art enough to ask them for a request. If you have a good reason like college work or whatever else, then fine. That's acceptable, but you should still do requests for people, just not taking on as many because they're always good for inspiration and you learn new techniques as you do them.
Heh heh, I've talked too much again. Oh well, who cares. Hope it helps ^^

I shall draw you and Cloud if that's ok! Only coz I don't know the other two, and I like Cloud. I shall go look at your gallery now, and I shall message you again. Just a little warning though, I am a critic, and I will say things as I see them. People don't learn by always being told their pictures are great. But, at the same time, I'm not one of those that is nasty. I'm just honest. I shall be back in a bit!

Hiya! Yeah, I'll do a request for you!! I love drawing for people , and not sounding big-headed, I know how good I am so knowing it makes people smile to see their OC with their favourite character makes me feel really good. Artists who have the talent and don't share it aren't true artists because they only draw what they want, and they never do requests for people, which is just rude.
So my friend, what would you like? [color]
