sometimes if you make a pic to big they may reject ittry checking your gallery's pending file for a rejection notice

If you've been waiting a while for it, try deleting it(if you can), then resubmit the picture.If you can't delete it, just continue to wait. Sometimes it will take a while.
I really haven't had any pending pictures but one, and it took about two days for it to be posted. So just be patient. If you've been waiting for a really long time(about a week), then contact the owner/admin of the site via link at the way bottom of every page.
