Well, I usually approve the pictures in the Approval Panel Queue. So, depending on the user, the new submission request goes to the queue, and sits there until myself or another staff member sees it, and checks to see if all the necessary requirements are there. :)

Featured pictures are usually picked by site staff. If we find a picture that is of good quality and has had time taken on it(meaning, not a 2 minute doodle), we take it into consideration for Featured Picture. Users, such as yourself, can also suggest submissions for Featured Picture, in the forum here:

I looked for good deals and the Wacon ones are really good.
There was a small one that came with Adobe, Corel Painter, and some other thing for $92.20.
But the programs are dated, old...
But it'd still work for me.

Well, when I was trying to use the pen one day it got all retarted and went a couple o' inches away from where I wanted to ink in something.
I thought it just needed to rest so I unplugged the tablet for a good hour.
But when I tried again it still acted retarted!!!
The pen is the problem, and it seems to only act up in my drawing programs!!!
I may ask my dad for a better tablet that cost $100, since I didn't get my X-Mas gift from him yet.
But it's a deal, for it comes with three programs.
No trials, the whole program.
(Otherwise it's just fake advetisment, and I can sue them :D)
