Your compy comes with its own set under your properties, but you can save 800x600 pics from the Internet into your pics, then right-click on them and press "Set as Desktop Background." Oh! The avatar came from the same site as the manga I found. Go to fan stuff, then avatars, then save it into your pics and go to your profile and set it up as your avatar. But to resize it, open it up in Paint and strecth and skew it until it's about 60x60.
