Hi, I'm Dark_Magi!! But you can either call me Commando or Dark_Ratchet. I'm just another one of those whacko video-game geeks. A friend of mine, Alex Medawar, is a really good artist, and so he's the one to blame for all the pics I draw now. I do a lot of concept art because I want to be a Video Game Designer when I grow up. I want to either work for Insomniac Games or Naughty Dog because I absolutely LOVE playing the Jak and Daxter Series and the Ratchet and Clank Series. Anywayz, Jak and Ratchet 4ever!! They'll forever change the world of Playstation 2 Action-Adventure gamez!! Wh00t!!
So here's the scoop:
DO I TAKE REQUESTS?
No, but I DO take trades. Just don't tell me to do something that's too complicated. In order for me to do a pic, most of the time, I need a reference. So it's kinda hard; I don't take pride in being a Human Xerox machine.
YOU WANT TO USE ONE OF MY PICS FOR SOMETHING?
Oh, please. Like THAT will ever happen. But if it does (or if you want it to), at least give me a little mension. Send me an e-mail to ask permission if you're gonna put it on a website.
WHO'S COOLER; JAK OR RATCHET?
I absolutely refuse to answer that question. It's like asking me, "Who's cooler; Jak or Jak, or Ratchet or Ratchet?" They both rock, and I don't think one higher than the other, because THEY'RE BOTH AWESOME!!

Hey, just wondering, which one do you do?a.) Use a reference entirely, and draw exactly what you see
b.) Use a reference, but tweak up the main image to get one that's totally your own
c.) No references at all; everything's 100% ME!!

Point to a drawing and I'll tell you what I used. For most of my requests I would refrence one person that is sopposed to be there and add my own original character thet I made up. On some drawings I use a pure refrence. some drawings I alter to make it look the way I want it to. on another note. My mom says you won the Arizona (that sounds like a ship) Chess compitition. But your dad won't let you go to tenesee. I understand that. It's stupid if you go ALL the way to tenesee just to lose and be sent back home. But hey. Thats my way of seeing it. Anyhow I decided to take a short break from CG and start drawing again. It's a nice lucky break.

I'm submitting alot CG art now. I'm working on one right now in fact. It'll proubly be done by today.Just wondering. Is it just me or. does this go for everyone. for some reason I don't have to wait to get qued for aproval. All I do is submitt it. then cheack my art and its there already.
