In response to your post...Actually, Seem is female. She's voice by a Tara Strong, a girl, wears a skirt, and if you listen to the commentary on her scenes, they all refer to her as a girl.
Also I'm pretty sure they say she's a girl in the game guide, but I'd have to check.
