Taitsuki: *wags her tail and licks him as soon as he comes out* Hi Neo.Mikura: *comes back up with two boxes, one ontop of the other, and puts them down* Alright, here's the weights you'll start out with. * opens a box and pulls out the weights, handing them to Ryu* They're light, but it's better to start out that way. *opens the other box and pulls out more weights, putting them on her wrists* After you wear those for a couple of days to get your body used to having weights on it, I'll give you a heavier set. *punches at the air slowly, then gains speed* If you don't do that, you end up hurt. *stops punching the air and turns to ryu*
