Pein says Sasuke's getting blood all over his couch from cutting himself and that he keeps poking at his piercings. He's like, "That blood stain's not coming out!!!!!! I used everything!!!!!!!! Well, Sasuke hasn't actually attacked Itachi yet, but Pein's keeping him for the time being, just in case.
When they left to go pick Itachi up from the hospital, Kakuzu leashed him with his threads as a precaustion too. Mitch says that they had to bring him along or Itachi wouldn't be able to leave the hospital, you know, because the whole you-need-family members-and/or gaurdians-to-sign-papers-and-stuff-like-that thing.

Nah, Mitch and Kakuzu and Sasori and Sasuke took him home, so he's out of the hospital now... He can walk using his crutches, but he can't run or jump or anything... Sasuke's gonna be staying with Pein for now, so he won't hurt Itachi while he's still recovering...
