Well, for the name decision, I did a little research, yeah. I already knew Koga was the poison-type using Kanto gym leader (which earns the name "Koga" 3 points, one: because poison type pokemon are one of my favorite types, two: Kanto happens to be my 2nd favorite region, three: he's one of the Johto region elite four); Koga is one of my favorite Inuyasha characters (earning another point); in the Heian era, the Koga family was a branch of the Minamoto Clan, which descanded from Emperor Murakami (another point, cuz the Minamoto Clan was one of the four great clans that dominated Japanese politics during the Heian period, THOSE GUYS HAD POWER!!!!!!!).
So that's a 5 out of 5 score, I can't go wrong with "Koga" now. Sorry about this long speech, Holly-Taicho. ^^''''
