I know!!! It sucks, and Robotnik was more badass! I think it's just to appeal to the new kids though, but they gotta think about the rest of the die hard sonic fans. That's why, in my opinion, the new next gen Sonic games suck. I mean, hell, they could make a remake of Sonic the Hedgehog on the DS, (like they did with New Super Mario Bros) and it would sell like hotcakes.
