Check the forums on FAC (Fan Art Central acronym; it's used a lot). On the "general help" section, I have a forum there that I sent weeks ago that asked for a good painting program. A guy has a link there. If this doesn't work, SEARCH GIMP.COM HARDER!!!!! IT IS THERE!!!! By the way, this "guy" is Johnny Evilguy.
