i feel soooooooo horrible walking around happy....

I dont know what Im doing anymore.You may not know but I had a rotten day today. HORRIBLE.
My...My mom moved out and told me that I was worthless and a baby, but that she still loved me dearly and wanted me to hate her so I wouldnt cry when she left. Then Matt wont talk to me, I was held down by assholes where I live and had ice-cold water jet sprayed on my face, My mom pused me to the floor when I wanted to hug her...
I dont like me much anymore.
