oh no, thats normal! ^^ tons of authors will start a story and then decide its not going right so start a brand new one, its good to do that, just practice your skills and style untill you find something that really works for you and you want to continue, as long as you like and care about what your writing. If a story line is getting to hard to keep track off, just limit the settings and characters, and keep experimenting. keep doing what your doing basically. ^^i've got loads of unfinished stories, I prefer writing short stories.
