Oh.Pain is an illusion or so a book told me. Unless you've been saying some real nasty stuff, which I doubt, they shoudn't leave....I'm not making sense to myself, so, yeah.

No, don't leave! Why would it be your fault that people are leaving anyway? It's not like you've been chasing them with a pitchfork *though I think I might try something like that*Why leave? Nothing is anyones fault anyway.
