(More or less yeah.)(Well, I was thinking of another group gathering up the mages will more malintent. It could range from the extreme (Assassinating the emperor) to thinking of using mages to start a conflict between the empire and Xia or a different outling kingdom.)

(The Empire is fairly neutral in the story really, Xia does more shoot just because the Empire is usully the stronger of the two.)(The Family is heading up the group that is studying mages, if there is a group holding Kenu's sister then it wouldn't be from the group headed by the Family. (The Family are the noble family who are all mages blessed by the gods and advise the Empress.) The family would only be researching for the sake of better understanding magic.)

"No." Lina said simply, drawing her lips into a fine line.
