Hm.... well glancing over your artwork I'd have to say there are two major points you might want to work on:
1. Anatomy. Search the web, borrow from a friend or go to a book store, which ever works for you, but I'd reccommend getting some sort of anatomy book to help you work on that. After that you just need to practice.
2. Color. The color work you showed in your gallery was very... flat. (I shouldn't be critiquing this part I'm not that good either XD) Try finding some tutorials on coloring and practice with some more. If you haven't found a preferred medium yet, try experimenting with a few different ones.
Aside from that, try to keep your lines consistent because there are spots where its really thick when it probably shouldn't be and spots where it's too thin.
Other then that, your artwork isn't all that bad. Keep up the practice and it can get really good. ^_^
