I took a peek at your gallary and would like to offer you one piece of advice before anything else.
Now, you claim to be fourteen, and so you're pretty good for your age. But this is what I had the most trouble with at your age, and even have trouble with now....
Proportion. Yup. Learn what parts of the body can be compaired to each other to get things to look just right. If you are serious about learning them and wanting your art to get better, I would definitely advise going to your library, a book or art store, or even online to look at what they have to say. That's how I learned. =]
Anyway, I hope my advice helped a bit. If you have any specific questions to ask, just go ahead.
