oh tis cool i do weight training all the time wat do u do? i do push ups with 10 ponds on my back sit ups with 20 ponds on my chest bench presses with 80-120 ponds i lift for about an hour its hard but doable its training and i must litsen to my sesei-gumi oooooo i sound like lee lol i did mestion i do swords play write well yah i fight with swords so yah !!!
