it sticks badly, it doesn't etch well @.@ and it's REAL flimsy, but doesn't cut well.So after you've put the tone down and cut off the excess, when you go to take the excess of, it ripps all over the place (including the tone you want to stay on the paper).
And then it doesn't etch. Like...AT ALL.
It's a big waste of money @.@ Thankfully I only have 4 in dot-form.

yes! HUGE difference.First, you can buy them at select stores (usually only stores like Kinokuniya that sell Japanese stationary)
but you can buy all you need here:

It's actually one of the only real places you can get screen tones outside of Japan.
As for quality difference... IC is TERRIBLE. Deleter is a lot easier to work with and a lot better quality.
I learned that the hard way T.T I've got a bunch of IC tones I'll never use because they're terrible.
