It is a pretty neat program, but half the time, I don't even understand it...sometimes. o.o;
But after a while, you get the hang of it. ^_^

Anywho...sorry, but the internet is the only place where I know you could find photoshop...unless at a computer store...but if yours doesn't have it...which it really should, cuz photoshop is pretty famous, though expensive, 0.o internet shopping is your best hope. ^_^;;
