Here's the strategy guide info:

Stage two introduces a gummi ship-type battle into the equation. Treat this like any other gummi ship mini game and you can't go wrong. the only difference is that the enemy ship is Xemnas in Dragon form. Fress the X button to bat enemies aeay manually when they get too close. The laser on the square button is good for taking down enemies from afar.

Use the Drain ability (O button) whenever lasers are shot at Sora. this pulls them in and fills your energy bar. The key to the battle is the Megalaser on the triangle button. Once your energy bar is full, this option becomes available for use. Wait until teh main ship is in front of you before unleashing this attack. The regular Laser isn't particularly powerful, but works to finish off what the Megalaser leaves behind.You must defeat the main ship from five distinct vantage points before progressing to the next stage.

So there you go! You can probably do it now, it's not that hard if you understand how, like most of the minigames in that game. ^^

Xemnas...dragon? Y'mean the part where you're like on that lil hovery thing? I'm kinda confused, but I'll help you if ya can make it a bit clearer... ^^'

Actually I think I spent more like 2 hours trying to beat him... Just thought I'd correct that...

OH, I KNOW IS THAT LIKE THE FREAKING HARDEST BOSS OR WHAT!!! But I spent like an hour non-stop trying to beat him and eventually succeeded b/c my brother said I couldn't do it and I wanted to prove him wrong. And then I was ahead of him! But when he tried to beat it we checked what the strategy guide said about it and it said to use Goofy's limit alot, and when Ben tried that it was so easy for him and I'm just like no fair or what?!! But yeah, so just use teh Goofy limit and you'll beat him, trust me. But I beat it w/o that so basically the key is determination, so keep trying, so matter how frustrated you get. When my brother was still trying he was all "I just really wanna punch a Japanese guy right now for making this boss so hard. Any Japanese guy will do"

Hiya! Ya got KH2 yet? It's totally the best game ever!!! Honestly I liked FF7 more than KH but oh my freaking gosh KH2 is the funnest thing I've ever played!!!
