of corse anytime k ur my little sis ans i loves yah k but please lesson and drink lots of water dat will keep u hydrated and go to bed a little bit earlyer were ur body can rest k and try eating some toust and have tsome tea it will halp k and try the cloth on da foreheed k an i'm here for u sis k *huggles u* it will help and if u have any orges they help but apples r good to but cut them up and eat them in a boll k were u can eat it slowly and yah k

of corse i do i'm ur big sister but trust me do all or some or a least one of those things they'll help trust me u wouldn't believe of how manny friends faimly and people i have helpped with injuries and sickness shoot or if there just feelin a bit wozzy i'd become a doctor but i hate hospitals *shivers* and if u lived meh life u would to lol but anyways they help k *huggles u* hope u feel better soon

ok 1 drink a big class of water
2 get a cloth and put warmish water on it and place it on ur heed well foreheed
3 if u feel wozzy or sick to ur stomach eat a peace of toust it will settle ur stomach
4 if u hace a heedach try drinking some tea
5 if ue reallt dizzy lay down with a cold cloth to ur foreheed ok and dats an order coming from ur veru concered older sister so follow them they will help oh yah taking a nice warm bath also helps k
