Anyways, the best way I downloaded it was the FlashGet way.
First, install that, then install any one of the links across from it.
Some may go faster than the others so check them all like I did.
Then when the downloading is ALL done, you should have a chibi squid looking icon that says Tales of Pirates Online.
After downloading all that, if you haven't signed up already do it here: http://www.igg.com/member/top_reg.php
After that is complete, click on the squid icon, let it update/load, then enter the game!
If you need help with anything, just ask!
