Leader, I return from the mountains. Whilst travelling the Fire Country's outside boundaries, I discovered a mountain range along the southwest border, connecting to the wind country. Having our base close to our enemy could be advantageous, and with the mountain terrain on our side, no one would discover our movement. There were three locations suiting to our cause. The first was a small temple, accompanied by an inn house at the foot of the largest mountain. I believe weary travellers passing through the border must have rested and prayed here. Considering the condition of the place, it seems it has not seen a visitor for many years. Continuing up the mountain, I discovered a cave entrance midway, well hidden amongst large boulders and such. Upon entry I realised the tunnel split into various routes, and by my calculations the place is a labyrinth. This location would suit us well, once we marked out the maze and all the exits. Plus, wouldn’t it feel like home when we line the dark walls with torches? Again, from the condition of the place, it seems no one has entered for quite some time. My final destination ended at the peak of the mountain, at a Fire country lookout base. From what I could see, there are only a handful of enemy ninja working there permanently. I’m sure they can be easily taken out if so was your decision. The lookout base from what I observed from the nearby cliffs constituted of a watchtower, another benefit for us, plus main living quarters. If we killed off these lookout ninja, I’m sure no one would miss them anytime soon. And if we happen to stumble across an angry army avenging their comrades, I’m positive they’ll be no trouble to destroy.

With that being said, I leave the final decision to you, leader. If none of these options deem appropriate, I shall continue my search *bows head before slumping out the door*
