Ok well heres my application.I hope you see i can be of service to the Akatsuki.Your previous affiliation?:Hidden Village of the Stars until i was charged of assination and was sentenced to death but succfully excaped and came to the the Hidden village of Cloud Were i was found convicted of murder of my teamates and planning an up rising against the Village which i also escaped from and have been to different villages over the years.
What makes you special?Jutsus,kekkei genkai,that kind of thing.: I have a rare kekkai genkai that alows me to control blood.(i can make blood clones which can regenerate body parts and have jaged metal blades on there arms,protruding out of there fingers,for teeth,etc.)this kekkai also has varios stages which are controlled by my chakara movement.I can also change my blood to metal and harden my skin and change my fingers into metal blades acording to my chakara flow also when i use this kekkai my sences increase sharply and my opponents chakara is slowly being leeched away and added to mine.Im also very skilled in using gen-jutsu.

Oh yeah someone just brought this to my attention.When my blood clones get hurt they dont just turn into a puddle of blood they heal themselves or if there cut completly in halfthey multiply into to different clones or if their body is completly crushed then they will turn into a puddle of blood(its gorey i know)but then will reform into thier original
form.
