I understand why you take her side in the argument..... But the argument itself is stupid. I know that whole thing is important to her, but they shouldn't start an argument over it. She should have just explained to him calmly why that offended her...... I may be a little too soft, but I believe that you should solve things in a calm manner (of course, sometimes I get extremely ticked and am way past calm, but still.......).
