well...
when i was younger, i would always copy other people's artworks alot.i never sold them or displayed them to people without saying that i copied them. once i got the big picture of wht they look like, i begin to start drawing without any references(making own OC's)
of course, at the beginning they were bad. but once you discover your bad points nd try to correct them, you'll get better...
i'll go into your gallery and try to point out all the weird things i see in one pic to help you out.

(by the way, studying and starting off with bubble people helps. an art class helps too! and trying to picture everything in your head as accurate as possible onto the paper. even if it takes you a long time, as long as it looks good, the time shouldn't matter)
