Second of all, HOW DARE YOU say someone's art is retarded and ugly. If a normal, SMART person really thought that, they would try to give some real suggestions on how to improve. Also, do you think you have any right to judge someone's GOOD HARD WORK when you can't draw good YOURSELF?!?!?!
Just because a certain person stated their opinion on a character doesn't mean you can start doging around like that.
I, personally, couldn't care less of Botan. It is really stupid, immature, and inconsiderate to judge one's work based on their belief or opinion on a matter. KenshinJennings is a very talented artist who tries her best. I am a very good friend of hers, and I KNOW she is a wonderful artist, unlike "some" people, if you get my drift ^_~!

Yer talkin' 'bout photoshop, right? ^-^ Well, U have 2 put the border in a different layer, which will have to go behind the picture layer. To make the border itself, U use the rectangle selection tool around the entire picture, then you hold down "alt" and make another selection inside the first selection. ^-^ Then U can color it in with NEthing U want.
Of course, yer gonna have to make the outside of the picture layer transparent in order to see it. ^________^ This can be done by using the magic eraser tool. Does this help ya? ^________________________^
