I do not know if I ever officially and correctly addressed this, but I noticed you were sort of having personal problems with self-improvement and guilt for not fufilling what you expected of yourself. 

Just know that if it seems s difficult to appease yourself, maybe there is something else other than art that makes you feel so dissapointed/empty/unmotivated. art is not mandatory. Staying healthy, happy, and fulfilled is mandatory. Trying going out to meet some friends or talk to people that make you feel happy. Talk to a family member. Draw crack without expecting anything from yourself; just remind yourself this sport of yours is not for showmanship for yourself or others; I do not think you got this far in your art skills just wanting to boast it to people's faces. I am sure there was pure innocent want to improve and love art in there.

Thus, do not feel pressured about anything for art. The you from many years ago is still the you now, and I still remember the old you with the new you, so forget about what people think, and think about what you think. Try something new even if it scares you.

You know the hardest part is just STARTING. When you can do that, everything else falls in place if you give it pateince.
