Oh my bad.. I hopes he feels better. But I agree on what u said about just ignor them (I notice I made some mistakes typing all of that down, I mean: "I tried to explain why she should NOT date girls; my bad XD). On the other hand, u r right-we will be judged if we die or live until the final days and we're at the mercy of God's judgement seat. But do u know that if people die right now and we start placing their coffins around the world not knowing Christ or commited their lives to Him; their coffins will encircle the world 35 times due to the studies on non-Christians. (which is up-to-date data is: 4.7 million people who don't know Christ, don't believe in him, or never commit their lives to Him) Sometimes, when I look at these data on people just believe in humanism and the stars, it just saddens me because nobody don't want to believe in God because they say that He not real but they believe that the devil is real too. Also u r right about me and my ex, we do have different beliefs and it saddens me even more when she tells me I just got to "accept" people on who they r; knowing that they can live a much, much better life beside what they doing now. IDK what type of Christian u r but in my bible it tells me: (Matt 6:24) "No one can serve two masters. For you will hate one and love the other; you will be devoted to one and despise the other. You cannot serve both God and money (or sin itself).
U can have a lust for things in this world and in all honesty mine is: girls. I have a very strong lust after them but I can't think lustful thoughts in my head and then think about God in same time telling myself it will ok I can do both. It's very impossible to please flesh and God at the same eventurally you
'll serve your flesh more because it feels good to do it; unless u have a strong mind and not fall into temptation and don't fall for peer pressure. Also, that's so cool that r in homeschool, I was homeschool for 6 1/2 years and then I went to college. ^^
