Forgive me for being blunt, but this is a fairly important matter and since you did not respond to my PM (private message) on this subject I am going to mince no words and spell it out in force:

Please do NOT use the "Abuse Assistance" section of the forums to file abuse reports for stolen art. The "Abuse Assistance" section is for investigating suspected abuse or art theft only, i.e. when you believe a user is stealing art but cannot locate the original artist who they are stealing from.

If you already know who the original artist is, do not post in the "Abuse Assistance" forum or your post will be deleted on sight.

To notify site staff of abuse or stolen art, please e-mail your claim (and proof/evidence) to abuse@fanart-central.net, or send a PM to a site helper (I am usually available).

Furthermore, in order for us to verify and process the art theft, you must provide a link to the original piece by the original artist on the original website; uploading it to your Photobucket account and linking it from there is not enough, we cannot simply take your word for it, we need to know precisely who the original artist is and where we can find the original artist.

As much as we thank you for bringing rule violations and art theft to our attention, you are not posting your reports in the correct manner nor are you giving us all the information we need to actually prosecute the violation. We're aware of one user who has been repeatedly stealing art, and we welcome your help in locating the originals, but you need to link to the originals themselves and not an uploaded copy of the originals.

Actually, PlasmaPenguin, skaterboilitch can't brag, I just suspended her commenting privileges while I work on tracking down the originals. We've known about her behavior for some time, but we need the originals before we can take action.
