yesh. I didn't even notice her eyebrows until there was a close up on her and I was like: WHOA?! WHAT'S WITH THE EYEBROWS?!?!My sister was in the room when I was watching Gundam Wing and she saw those professor dudes and she cracked up at them XD

It's Duo Maxwell from Gundam Wing. It's kinda hard to tell cuz he has his hat over his face.
