yes. i do hate permed hair beucase its what evry girl has on their head. i don't like the one bang in the face. although i do like the curly permed hair. its cute. but they layers on hair. yuck, sorry. i just get tired of seeing it.
but its not going to make me hate someone just beuase they have a perm in their hair.
