Hmm Gallows is obviously bigger in size which gives hima +seme, but his soft personality gives him an +uke.
James has an angry and hasty personality which gives him a +uke/+seme. However, he is small in stature compared to Gallows and that gives him a +uke.
Gallows should be on top! ;P I only say that cause I imagine James on top while Gallows is moaning and I think it would be just too embarrassing to see. P; Gallows should be the gentle type!

^_^ You're right. Gallows would be on top. Because even though he's gentle, sensitive, and "girlish" he can also be very, shall we say, dominant. And even though James is tough and angry, which would give the idea that he would be seme, he is very submissive to Gallows. Seriously, he'll do anything Gallows says, because he's respectful of him.
And if they were gay, that would be an element used.
