Yes you are correct, Sonic The Hedgehog Had a miniseries with issues #0, 1, 2, 3, And the main series  is from #1-181+ and then there are the Super Specials #1-15 The 8 random special issues, 3 Princess Sally miniseries issues, 3 Tails miniseries issues, 3 Sonic Quest miniseries issues, 3 Knuckles miniseries issues 32 Knuckles main series issues, 26+ Sonic X issues, and then 1 Special "Free Comic Book Day" issue of Sonic The Hedgehog, Putting the current total to 281 issues!
 
As of today I have 220 out 281 issues of all of the series, I am only missing a few Super Specials and 58 Sonic regular series issues and 2 Sonic miniseries issues!

which ones are you missing of the mini series and specials

and some of the early issues are in digest form^^
