Heh ... the state I'm from has a reputation for being hick-tastic, but I'm nothing of the sort. (I almost want to say I'm from mississippi, :P) But I'm from Texas.
Yeah, I know, cowboy central, right? But Austin (where I originate) isn't totally bad, I think it's actually one of the only sane parts, really.

I can relate. my little sister is like a softball prodigy, so I'm forced into watching her games alot. And all of her little teamates all gawk at me and then whisper "OMG your sister's dressed in all black." One of them even asked her why my parents let me dress the way I do.
Alright, one point less for society.
And all my relatives at family reunions are always "Sarah! How's that pitching arm?" then they turn to me and say "Gen! ... You're still wearing black?"
ten points more for individuality, I guess.
